As an Exercise Scientists and professional athlete (2008 Fitness Olympian) I have 15 years of experience working with all fitness levels including high school and college level athletes. My tried and true training principles have helped thousands reach their individualized fitness and athletic goals and can help you reach yours too!

How does program work?

Once your goals have been decided, an individualized and goal tailored fitness program will be designed and delivered to your inbox!

Depending on your package of choice, your coach will touch base with you on a bi-weekly, or monthly basis.  Having consistent communication with your coach ensures your program is effective in its design and if or when needed, adjustments can be made to your program. Ensuring you reach your goals is your coach’s main priority! No subscription required! There’s complete confidence you’ll love your fitness program and come back for more!

Each accountability session will occur either by phone or via Skype.
